Our social events are an important part of the season and contribute to the great club culture we enjoy every year. The strength of the club is built largely on our comradery between teams which we cultivate with the following events, and we encourage all teams and individual players to support other teams whenever possible.
2023 Bellingham Cup: Saturday 25th March at Hawker Synthetic Playing Fields
The Bellingham Cup is held in honour of Aaiden Bellingham, who was a teammate and coach at the UC Stars.
Every year the UC Star’s comes together for the Bellingham Cup in March to celebrate the memory of our mate and an opportunity for players and supporters of
the club to get together and have a modified game of footy for a trophy in honour of Aaiden.
The Bellingham Cup is not only a tribute to Aaiden but an invaluable way to spread the word about the importance of medical research in the area of sudden cardiac death in the young.
All the money raised on the day goes to the Centenary Institute at the RPA hospital in Sydney.
